Affiliate Program Terms

Between you (the "Affiliate") and AOQ Consulting LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, operator of DistrictNexus, OurChurchOS, TotalOpsCloud and MissionBridgeHQ (the "Company").

Back to the application

By submitting an application and accepting these terms you agree to them. The numbers marked in bold are the program's current numbers; the numbers that apply to you are fixed when we approve you and are always shown in your affiliate portal ("Your Terms").

1. The program

You may promote the Company's products using the personal links we give you. When a new customer signs up through your link and pays for a subscription, you may earn a commission as described below. Acceptance into the program is at the Company's discretion, and we may reject an application for any reason.

2. Commission

3. Referral discount

Customers referred by you receive off their subscription for their first (or for their first year if they choose annual billing). Commission is calculated on the amount paid after the discount. You may not offer any other discount, credit or incentive on the Company's behalf.

4. Attribution

A sign-up is credited to you if it happens within of the customer last clicking your link, and the customer has not been credited to another affiliate. A customer may be credited to only one affiliate. You may not earn commission on your own purchases, on accounts you or your family control, or on accounts of your employer, unless the Company approves it in writing.

5. Payment

6. Changes to the program

The Company may change the numbers or these terms. We will email you at least 15 days before any change takes effect and state the date it applies. Changes apply to affiliates approved on or after that date. Customers who signed up through you before the change keep the rates they signed up under for their initial period; you may be moved to the new numbers for other purposes as your portal and the notice describe. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop promoting and end your participation before it takes effect.

7. How you may promote

8. Your relationship with the Company

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here makes you an employee, partner, agent or franchisee of the Company, and you may not make commitments on its behalf. You have no authority to sign customers up for anything other than by directing them to the Company's own sign-up page. The Company does not guarantee any level of earnings.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end your participation at any time by written notice (email is enough). The Company may suspend or terminate you immediately if it reasonably believes you have broken these terms, harmed the Company's reputation, or engaged in fraud. While suspended or after termination for breach, your links stop working and no new commission is earned. Commissions already earned and approved on legitimate sign-ups remain payable, minus any amounts owed back to the Company, except where the termination is for fraud. If you are terminated without breach, you keep earning on customers you referred for the periods described above.

10. Your account and privacy

Your affiliate account is separate from any other account you hold on the platform. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under it. We use the details you give us to run the program, pay you, meet tax obligations, and email you about it, as described in the Company's privacy policy. You must not collect personal data about customers or other affiliates through the program.

11. Liability

The program and the Company's products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and its total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions you have earned and not yet been paid. You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your promotion, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law.

12. General

These terms are the entire agreement about the program and replace any earlier discussions. You may not transfer your rights without the Company's written consent. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and the applicable laws of Montgomery County, Ohio, where the Company is organized. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, unless the law that protects you requires otherwise. Questions: affiliates@aoqconsulting.com.
